Witch hazels a common ingredient in skincare and toners. It's very gentle, and it can even be used on its own. But because it does contain a small amount of alcohol, we used it very sparingly to keep dry skin feeling comfortable. We also left out any fragrance or essential oil to cater to sensitive skin. The recipe is also made with rose water and aloe Vera liquid.
To use, spray or pour the toner onto a cotton pad. Sweep across dry, clean skin. Follow with serum and a moisturizer. You can also use the toner as a facial spritz throughout the day.
